Have your students analyze characters from The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C. S. Lewis in a fun and engaging way: Character Collabs!
Your students will use several characterization methods to depict each character's profile, demonstrate their understanding of the literature, and present their final work on a beautiful poster.
This project is a hands-on approach to learning that enhances retention and inspires students to tap into their creativity.
Students will engage with the text on a deeper level, learning to think critically, make inferences, and develop empathy. They will also strengthen their collaboration and communication skills.
The ten characters included in this resource are:
The Professor, Maugrim, Edmund, Lucy, Aslan, Peter, Susan, Mr. Tumnus, Mr. Beaver, and The White Witch.
Project Steps:
Students will work in groups to analyze their assigned character, transfer their findings to the poster boxes, color each section together, and assemble the final poster.
Each poster is composed of six pieces of paper, which can be printed on regular copy paper or card stock. Once assembled, the completed poster measures 28" x 15".
