Thank you for shopping with Chomping at the Lit! We are committed to providing high-quality educational resources and a positive experience for every customer.

Because our products and memberships provide immediate access to digital content, all purchases are subject to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Digital Product Purchases

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once access to a purchased resource has been provided, except where required by law.

Please review product descriptions, previews, and compatibility information carefully before completing your purchase.

All-Access Memberships

All-Access memberships provide access to our growing library of digital educational resources.

Membership payments, including introductory trial payments and subscription renewals, are generally nonrefundable once access has been provided, except where required by law.

Any resources downloaded during an active membership are yours to keep forever, even after your membership is canceled.

Introductory Trial & Automatic Renewals

Our introductory offer provides 7 days of All-Access membership for $7.

Unless canceled before the trial ends, your membership will automatically renew at $29.99 per month.

All memberships renew automatically according to the billing plan selected at checkout unless canceled before the next billing date.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the subscription terms disclosed at checkout.

Renewal payments are generally nonrefundable once processed, except where required by law.

Membership Cancellations

You may cancel your All-Access membership at any time.

To cancel your membership:

  1. Visit your Account Profile and sign in if prompted.

  2. Click Manage Subscription.

  3. Follow the instructions to cancel your membership.

When you cancel:

  • Your membership remains active through the end of your current paid billing period.

  • You will not be charged for future renewals after your cancellation takes effect.

  • Previously processed payments are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law.

  • Any resources downloaded during your active membership remain yours to keep forever.

Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once for the same purchase, please contact us promptly.

Verified billing errors or duplicate charges caused by our billing systems or payment processor will be corrected, and appropriate refunds will be issued.

Failed Payments

If a recurring membership payment cannot be processed, we may:

  • Attempt to process the payment again.

  • Notify you of the unsuccessful payment.

  • Temporarily suspend membership access.

  • Cancel your membership if payment cannot be collected.

Membership access may be restored once the outstanding payment has been successfully processed.

Technical Difficulties

If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading purchased resources, please contact us at chompingatthelit@gmail.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues and ensure you receive access to your purchased resources.

If we are unable to provide access to a purchased product or membership due to a verified technical issue, we will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method has been used without your authorization, please contact your financial institution and notify us promptly.

We will cooperate with legitimate fraud investigations and review any suspected unauthorized charges.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, Chomping at the Lit will comply with those obligations.
