In this activity, students will analyze 13 characters:

  1. Cinna
  2. Effie
  3. Katniss
  4. Peeta
  5. Gale
  6. Haymitch
  7. Primrose
  8. Mrs. Everdeen
  9. Cato
  10. Foxface
  11. Thresh
  12. Rue
  13. President Snow

Their final work is presented on a collaborative poster that makes literary analysis both creative and memorable.

This resource provides a hands-on learning experience that boosts comprehension and retention.

This resource includes the following:

Project Steps:

  1. To construct each poster, your students will work in groups to analyze their assigned character.
  2. Students will then transfer their findings to the boxes on the poster.
  3. Next, they will work together to color the poster pieces.
  4. Lastly, students will tape together the final product.

Each poster is made up of six pieces of paper, which can be printed on regular copy paper or card stock.

Once taped together, each final product will be 28" x 15".
