Description
Create a meaningful, collaborative learning experience with this Michelle Obama Biography Poster Project.
Students will explore the life and accomplishments of Michelle Obama, learning about her influence as a lawyer, author, advocate, and former First Lady of the United States.
This biography research activity highlights the importance of teamwork, communication, and shared understanding as students work together to build a unified final poster.
Your students will research Michelle Obama and demonstrate their learning by creating a beautiful, collaborative display.
This makes an excellent addition to Black History Month or any social studies unit focused on leadership, advocacy, and empowerment.
Students begin by researching Michelle Obama and gathering information about her background, achievements, and contributions to society.
They will then transfer their findings to the guided boxes on the poster before coloring, painting, or assembling the final design.
The completed poster is made of six pieces that can be printed on regular copy paper or cardstock.
Once assembled, it measures approximately 28" x 15".
For long-term classroom use, you can laminate the finished poster.
