Students begin by researching Matthew Henson and gathering information about his background, accomplishments, and contributions to history.
They will then transfer their findings to the guided boxes on the poster before coloring, painting, or assembling the completed design.
The final poster is made of six pieces that can be printed on regular copy paper or cardstock.
Once assembled, it measures approximately 28" x 15".
For long-term classroom use, you can laminate the finished product.
