Have your students analyze characters from Ray Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451 in a fun and engaging way: Character Collabs!
Your students will use several characterization methods to depict each character's profile, demonstrate their understanding of the literature, and present their final work on a beautiful poster.
This Character Collabs Project is a hands-on approach to learning that enhances retention and inspires students to tap into their creativity.
Students will engage with the novel on a deeper level, encouraging them to think critically, make inferences, and foster empathy. They will also learn the importance of collaboration and effective communication.
The six characters included in this resource are:
Guy Montag, Faber, Beatty, Clarisse McClellan, Mildred Montag, and Granger.
Project Steps:
Students will work in groups to analyze their assigned character, transfer their findings to the poster boxes, color each section together, and assemble the final poster.
Each poster is composed of six pieces of paper, which can be printed on regular copy paper or card stock. Once assembled, the completed poster measures 28" x 15".
