Description
Have your students create a collaborative poster and learn about William Shakespeare in a fun and engaging way! Students will research Shakespeare and design an author biography poster that highlights his life, works, and lasting influence on literature.
Through this creative project, students will gain a deeper understanding of Shakespeare’s contributions as an influential author while developing skills in collaboration, creativity, and effective communication. This activity is also a perfect addition to lessons during National Poetry Month.
Students will work in groups to conduct research on Shakespeare, record their findings in designated sections of the poster, color or paint each piece, and assemble the final design. The poster consists of six printable pages that can be printed on regular paper or card stock. Once taped together, the finished display measures approximately 28" x 15" and can be laminated for long-term classroom use.
