Description
Celebrate Black History Month with this one-pager research project that invites students to explore the lives and contributions of important African American figures in history. This activity works well as a standalone assignment, enrichment task, or culminating project during a Black History Month unit.
Students combine research, writing, and creative design as they analyze the life, achievements, and historical impact of an influential figure. The one-pager format encourages critical thinking while allowing students to express their understanding visually. Completed projects make beautiful classroom displays and create eye-catching bulletin boards that highlight Black History Month.
